PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NISOTEC STAZOL 150 is a high-performance oil, specially designed for slideways and gear transmission of machine tools. It is formulated from high-quality mineral base oils and selected additives that provide excellent anti-wear properties, good adhesion to slideways and improved water separation properties, which help in working efficiency, prolonging the working life and improving the performance of machine tools. It has excellent properties against movement with pulsations, which provide high precision and enable smooth movement, even under conditions of high loads and low speeds, increasing the productivity and accuracy of machine tool work.
ADVANTAGES
- Excellent protection against sliding with pulsations - It helps eliminate the occurrence of pulsation to ensure constant machine productivity and machining accuracy.
- Excellent anti-wear characteristics - The proven formulation helps reduce wear and thus extending the life of tools and machines.
- Adhesion property - It adheres perfectly to the surface of the sliding tracks and maintains a stable oil film, thus reducing the wear of moving parts.
- Excellent thermal and oxidation stability - It provides excellent resistance to the formation of deposits and thus enables long-term use.
- The ability to extract water - Efficient separation of the present water allows good lubrication of all moving parts.
- Exceptional protection against rust and corrosion - Effectively protects against the appearance of rust and corrosion, which extends the working life of tools and machines.
APPLYING
- Horizontal and vertical slideway of machine tools.
- Sliding bearings, mechanical drives of machine tools and tools when supplied with oil from the same reservoir.
- Lightly loaded industrial gears and bearings where medium anti-wear characteristics are required.
