PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NISOTEC HIDROL HV 46 is a premium high-performance hydraulic oil designed to meet a wide range of hydraulic system requirements. Formulated with high-quality mineral base oils and selected Zn-based additives. Provides excellent anti-wear properties, rust and corrosion protection, oxidation resistance and anti-foaming properties. They are intended for hydraulic systems, outdoors or indoors, that require oil with high viscosity index and stable viscosity with changes in ambient temperature.
ADVANTAGES
- High viscosity index and good shear stability - It maintains a stable viscosity value during a long period of application, thus enabling precise operation of the system.
- Excellent anti-wear characteristics - Proven zinc-based additives help reduce wear and protect the pump and components, thus extending the life of the equipment.
- Low tendency towards foaming - A permanent, constant, oil film provides protection against wear in all working conditions.
- Excellent thermal and oxidation stability - It provides excellent resistance to oil aging and thus enables a longer replacement interval.
- Low pour point - Good fluidity at low temperatures.
- Exceptional protection against rust and corrosion - Effectively protects all parts of the system, thereby extending the service life of the equipment.
APPLYING
- Hydraulic and circulation systems that operate outdoors throughout the year in a wide range of outdoor operating temperatures.
- A wide range of hydraulic systems: industrial equipment, agricultural, construction and mining machinery.
- Hydraulic systems that require oil of stable viscosity with changing ambient temperature.
- Hydraulic pumps of various types and manufacturers.
