PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NISOTEC HIPO EP SAE 85W-140 is a multi-grade mineral oil, with excellent load-bearing properties (EP), intended for the lubrication of differentials, gear transmissions of drive axles and final drives installed in transmissions of motor vehicles and various types of machinery. It is formulated to provide a high level of gear protection, thanks to its excellent load-bearing, anti-wear and anti-corrosion characteristics.

ADVANTAGES
  • High load bearing capacity - Reduces the wear of gear teeth and bearings, thus extending the working life of the equipment.
  • Low tendency towards foaming - A permanent, constant, oil film provides protection against wear in all working conditions.
  • Excellent thermal and oxidation stability - It provides excellent resistance to oil aging and thus enables a longer replacement interval.
  • Excellent anti-corrosion properties - Excellent protection against corrosion of all non-ferrous metals in the system.
  • Good compatibility with sealing materials - No leaks and reduced oil consumption help reduce maintenance costs and extend change intervals.

APPLYING
  • Differentials and heavily loaded drive shafts of motor vehicles and various types of machinery, which require API GL-5 quality oil.
  • Final drives on motor vehicles and machinery with various types of gears: flat, hypoid...
  • Other heavy-duty automotive applications of gear pairs operating under conditions of extreme pressures and shock loads.
