PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NISOTEC REDOL 150 is a high-quality mineral oil, with superior load bearing properties (EP), intended for the lubrication of closed industrial gear transmissions/reductors. It provides maximum protection against wear and corrosion and has excellent compatibility with sealing materials. They can be used in circulating, splash or oil mist lubrication systems. It is formulated to provide high quality industrial gear protection, meeting the latest industry standards and with great versatility for lubricating a wide range of industrial equipment.
ADVANTAGES
- High load bearing capacity - Reduces the wear of gear teeth and bearings, thus extending the working life of the equipment.
- Excellent ability to water extraction - Easy separation of any water that may be present, thus protecting the system from the consequences of poor lubrication.
- Low foaming tendency - A permanent, constant, oil film provides protection against wear in all working conditions.
- Excellent thermal and oxidation stability - Provides excellent resistance to oil aging and thus allows for a longer change interval.
- Excellent compatibility with non-ferrous metals - Excellent protection against corrosion of all non-ferrous metals in the system.
- Good compatibility with sealing materials - No leaks and reduced oil consumption help reduce maintenance costs and extend equipment reliability.
APPLYING
- Industrial reductors for conveyors, mixers, dryers, extruders, fans, mixers, presses, pulpers, pumps (including oil well pumps), mills, and other applications where heavy loads are present.
- Industrial reductors of various types of gears: flat, helical...
- A variety of gearless industrial systems including shaft couplings, shafts and heavy-duty plain bearings operating at low speeds.
